It is strictly prohibited for a DEKRA Customer to use DEKRA Services to upload, post, e-mail or request DEKRA to upload to DEKRA's WEB BASED SYSTEM, any content,
including but not limited to videos and/or any other information provided to you from a third party, which would violate any patent, trademark, copyright,
intellectual property or other proprietary rights of a third party.
Your company must have a specific license or written authorization from the third party owner of the intellectual property right to such content in order to
upload said content and to authorize your users to access such content. DEKRA reserves the right to delete or remove any content that may violate a third party's
copyright upon receipt of notice of such violation by the third party holder of said right.
